STRAWBERRY PIE

Passed down through the family from Jeanne’s Grandmother Hahn

½ quarts strawberries washed, dried and sliced
Your favorite pie crust, baked

Pie Filling:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 Tbs cornstarch
1 pkg strawberry jello
1 Tb Karo syrup

Add pie filling ingredients to a sauce pan, and heat until it has
boiled for two minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Pour filling over
strawberries and mix. Pour into pie crust and chill for two hours.

I would like to sign up for the following:

(  ) $10 weekly share of produce: 18 weeks + 15 dollars set up cost =Total Cost $195

(  ) $15 weekly share of produce: 18 weeks + 15 dollars set up cost =Total Cost $285

The $15 set up charge for each program covers the cost of two reusable distribution bags to be used to gather your produce share each week.

CSA Program:

• The Summer CSA Program Starts Saturday, June 9th
• The Summer CSA Program Ends Saturday, Oct 6th
• The Program runs a total of 18 weeks

Payment for the CSA

1. Please make the first half of your  payment for your CSA share when you turn in the application. This counts as your deposit to guarantee your spot in our CSA Program.
2. Play the second half of the share Saturday, July 7th

I understand that I am responsible for picking up my share of produce each week at the Farmers Market on Saturdays from June 9th through and including October 6th, 2012 between Farmers market hours. The produce will only be available if I have returned a distribution bag from the previous week.  Also, any week that I do not pickup my share of produce, it will be forfeited unless further notice is given about a missing week.  Please pick up CSA share 30 minutes before closing of market  unless further notice is given about arriving at a later time.
